We want you to be absolutely in love with your Palm Club pieces. But we also understand that sometimes things just don’t work out—and that’s okay. 

Eligibility & Window

Most items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at info@thepalmclub.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we’ll cover the cost and make it right immediately.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm the item is unworn and in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

At this time, we’re unable to process direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap your item for something else, simply submit a return request and place a new order. 

Please note: All returned items must be unworn, with original packaging intact.
